Councillors and MP come together to discuss the future of elderly and disability care in Urmston

Two Trafford councillors and an MP have come together to focus their attention on the needs of elderly and disabled people in the Urmston area. Urmston Cllrs Jo Harding, Shadow Executive Member for Adult Social Care, and Cath Hynes, Shadow Executive Member for Stronger Communities, will be a holding a Listening Event this Friday, February 12.

The two councillors will be joined by Stretford and Urmston MP Kate Green at the event, which will take place at Urmston Library from 10-11.30am.

Cllr Hynes said:

“We want to hear views from people across Trafford about how they receive care, we want to know if people are satisfied with the level of care they receive and have they been told their care will be changing?
