The Metrolink is very close and it’s on the main route to Chorlton, which is very popular as well.

But Chorlton has outpriced itself and now people are looking at the period properties - particularly around Victoria Park - which are really popular.

Gorse Hill has also increased in popularity in recent years, with people coming to work at Media City.

They really like the period terraces and being close to the canal, where you can get on your bike and ride into work.
