Proposed Residential Development at Trafford Wharfside
No 1 Old Trafford Wharf would occupy a prominent position next to the new Trafford Park Metrolink line, currently under construction.
The proposed scheme would deliver a mix of residential and commercial spaces, with retail units planned on the ground floor along with parking and cycle storage for residents. The development would also incorporate a communal podium garden and a roof terrace.

Councils ‘slash’ bus funding by one third, campaigners say
